Meaning a Pro plan isn't "150 people, then buy more." It's 150 at once, forever. Close out a raise and those relationships stop consuming capacity while staying fully in your records. Most people never outgrow the tier they start on.
The questions worth asking.
Why is even the top plan capped?
Honest answer: every relationship you track costs us money in database reads and writes, billed to us, every time the app loads. An uncapped plan would be an uncapped bill and an open invitation to bulk-import scraped lists, which is precisely the behavior this product exists to discourage.
Above 300, get in touch and we'll work out a rate. That conversation also lets us check the account is a real person doing real work.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from inside the app, in a couple of clicks. No email, no retention call, no "are you sure" maze. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop to the free tier.
Your data stays. Going back to free doesn't delete anyone, it just limits how many stay active.
What's the refund policy?
If GrowthSeeded isn't right for you, email within 14 days of a payment and you'll get a full refund, no explanation required. Payments are handled by Paddle as the merchant of record, so refunds go back through the original payment method.

Do I need to pay to find out if it works?
No. The free tier isn't a crippled demo, it's the whole product with a smaller cap. Five active relationships is enough to run a real sequence end to end and see whether the thing actually changes your behavior.

Which plan should I pick if I'm unsure?
Free, then Pro. Almost nobody needs Max on day one, and moving up takes seconds. The only real reason to start on Max is if you already know you're tracking more than 150 people at once.
Is there a discount for teams?
Seats multiply the cap rather than unlocking a separate tier, so three Pro seats gives 450 active relationships at three times the price.
